My Summary

My Experience

My experience is in primary schools, both mainstream and special needs, secondary schools and caring for children with SEND.
I have spent 3 years working summer jobs at a charity called Enable Ability in Portsmouth that provides respite for children with SEND and their families. With this, I worked one-to-one with children, entertaining, caring for and providing stimulation for them, as well as personal care and emotional support.
I spent time working as a teaching assistant in a special needs primary school in Portsmouth where I taught small groups, took responsibility for the class, created activities that would stimulate and entertain them, as well as personal care and emotional support.
I have completed my PGCE this year in Secondary English and I have learnt how to teach in different situations, as well as the importance of knowing my students and tailoring lessons to their abilities to help them succeed.

My Qualifications

I have 10 GCSEs at grades A-B, A-levels at grades B-C in Law, English Language and Psychology, as well as a BSc English Language and Communication.

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

Fees depend on how many children and how long for. Babysitting - £12-18 and tutoring £25-30
