About Me

Hi there I hope you’re well !!
I’m currently looking and am interested in the position of a nursery assistant/primary school assistant/ baby sitter/ full time/ part time as well as in the summer holidays. I have been working as a babysitter for friends as well as family in the past and really enjoy spending time with children.

I have also completed my level 2, for early years practitioner and have done a safeguarding course so I understand how important it is!! I have experience with working with children of all ages and from diverse backgrounds, as I am also a school escort (through taxi service), I supervise children/young adults with special educational needs whilst they are being transported from home to school and vice versa, it includes me making sure that pupil being transported does not distract the driver whilst the car is in motion, I also have to make sure that the pupils behave in a suitable manner whilst in the vehicle, I am also required to do safety checks e.g making sure that the pupil has his/her belt on, making sure doors are locked. (I have a DBS as well)

I am an organised person, as well as a very good multitasker. I also have a great imagination which I find useful when dealing with young people, to keep them interested and engaged, I put a focus on providing the children I care for with love, support and guidance so that they feel comfortable and relaxed while under my supervision.
