Hi, I'm Helen, and I'm a tutor based in East Leeds. I have a teaching background, supporting both Primary and Secondary students in a variety of subjects, including Sciences, Maths, Music, French and Spanish. As a tutor I aim to boost not only attainment, but also confidence in the chosen subject.
My Experience
- I have worked for a national organisation as an Education Worker, supporting Primary and Secondary students in schools across Leeds to boost their attainment and help them reach their goals
- Experience supporting college students with personal statements, CVs, uni applications etc.
- Experience as a private Science tutor
My Qualifications
- Natural Sciences degree with a Masters specialising in Biology (1:1)
- A Levels: Physics, Chemistry, Maths (A*AA)
- GCSEs: 12 subjects (12 A*s)
- Advanced Spanish/French speaker
My Availability
Available weekdays after school between 3-7pm.
Happy to tutor in the morning/afternoon in school holidays.
