About Me
Hi I'm Pam I'm a Ofsted registered childminder based in cross gates ls15, with my family of 3 grown up girls aged 21,16 & 15 and a husband with 2 small dogs and a cat .
I've been a childminder since 2011 and started this journey with my 2 younger children having the opportunity to be with my children as well as caring for other children was the best decision I made.
I've had lots and lots of children from 6 months onwards throughout the years and have enjoyed the journey of watching them grow up flourish and progress onto school .
All my Ofsted inspections were rewarding and on all inspections I received good's .
I attend a playgroup 2 X morning a week
Library 2 X a week where we hold a singing session on a Friday from 11.15 am.
Children participate in a number of activities indoor and outdoor.
My Experience
Since 2011 I've gained knowledge and confidence in understanding and supporting each child as an individual and that every child has there own interests and needs and I'm able to meet Thier needs in the setting, by tracking progress and making sure they are achieving milestones, supporting in areas that are needed .
During this time on a Saturday I worked at a organisation called SENSE Where my role was to support a deaf & partially blind young lady supporting her in every day skills .
My Qualifications
I have numerous qualifications
Teaching assistant level 1 & 2
British sign language from level 1 to level 6
Safeguarding level 1
Paediatric First aid qualified (march 2024 )
Prevent duty
I refresh on all changes made in the EYFS and follow all requirements needed.
My Availability
I am a TERM TIME ONLY childminder I am unable to offer care during the school holidays.
My availability is currently from 7.30 am Mon to Fri.
I can be flexible with start and finish time if required .
My finishing times are 4.30 Mon to Thurs and 3.30 on a Fri
On a Wednesday I'm currently not working from 9am
I'm happy to discuss any availability you may need to meet your requirements.
I currently run a breakfast club and drop off and collect at the following schools.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My fees are £ 12 from 7.30 am till 8.45 breakfast club, breakfast provided and taken to school.
After school is £15 from 3pm till 4.30 pm, collected from school and snack provided with activities.
My hourly rate for EYFS children is £5.00 per hour
I accept all funded children, and tax free childcare.
I HAVE AVAILABILITY FROM SEPTEMBER 2024
