Hi my name is Tasha, I have been working in childcare for 16 years with children aged 3 months to 5 years. I have worked in different nurseries working with all age groups and worked my way up through the roles of Nursery Nurse, Room Leader, Third in charge, Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager.
