Hi there!
My name is Lucy, I’m 24 years old and live in Glasgow. For the last three years I have been training at a drama school in London and will be graduating this July with a BA (hons) in acting. Previous to this, I trained in musical theatre in Glasgow.
Before my studies diverted to theatre, I originally set off to become a primary school teacher and completed first year on the Primary Education course at the University of Glasgow. I then went to work in Canada, and spent the summer as a childrens’ cabin counsellor as well as theatre director for all of the productions on site.
I have always absolutely loved working with children, ever since my first job aged fifteen as a music theory tutor. Besides often babysitting, I taught children ages 5-16 and lead them through their ABRSM exams. In addition, I spent my Saturday mornings and school holidays as a coach at St. Ninian’s High School sports clubs, for children aged 5-12. My love for teaching kids hasn’t stopped since, I am now private singing teacher having just completed a year as the resident singing teacher at Stadium Theatre School in Essex. Even my part-time jobs over the years often centred around families and kids’ entertainment, having worked in Buikld-a-Bear Workshop, Glasgow’s Lego Store and even as a childrens’ entertainer, performing as Ariel at birthday parties!

July- I am unavailable on July 6th, then 14th- 27th as I have my graduation and a family holiday.
August- unavailable evening of August 16th-August 18th.

I have full availability from end of July until October .
(With the nature of my acting career, there is always a chance that a short-notice audition could appear, but it’s highly unlikely to interfere with work!)

Fees may differ depending on; distance needed to travel, especially if using my car/ If working beyond midnight, hourly rate increases by 5/hr
