Single dad with a 7 year old, slightly autistic, little boy. Juggling childcare and life around mine and my ex-wifes shifts.
My Requirements
There's a possibility I will need someone to help cover the overlap between my starting/finishing work and my ex-wife starting/finishing work.
This is due to both of us working shifts and not having any family in Norfolk to help out with childcare.
The childcare wouldn't be the same day(s) every week/month due to shift variations in our rosters (for example; I could be on an early shift on a Monday, a late the next Monday and a rest day the Monday after) and could be quite an early start or late finish.
We shouldn't need anyone overnight or for school runs. Just need someone to be there and possibly help with morning or bedtime routines (depending on day/time).
