About Me
I am Ofsted registered with two amazing children of my own Mia age 13 and Tommy age 4. I have a nurturing and caring environment with home from home feel. I have a wide range of toys and books along with educational activity’s set out for each day. I have a secure garden and I am walking distance to the town centre and Stanborough lakes, We love walks with our dog for fresh air and some exercise whilst walking around our local community. I follow the children’s individual interests and expand on them to encourage their next steps. I want every child to be school ready, Happy and confident as well being respectful and kind.
My Experience
I have over 8 years experience working with children aged 1 year to primary age children. The majority of those years in a primary school as an assistant in an after school club with over 50 children.

Level 2 early years childcare CACHE, paediatric first aid, safeguarding, full DBS check, food hygiene level 2

We feel so lucky to have found Gemma. She is such a warm and loving person. Our son is always excited to go and comes home happy, having had a fun hours with her. He attends nursery and spend a few hours before and after nursery with her which is what he looks forward to the most in the day. When he comes home, he doesn't talk about nursery, he only had stories to share about what he did at Gemma's 😊.
We couldn’t ask for a better childminder and would highly recommend her to any parent looking for a safe and happy place for their child!
