I’m a friendly, honest and family orientated 22 year old. I can speak both turkish and english fluently. Being Turkish, I grew up in a very family orientated background. I believe family and children are the most important things in life. I love to act silly, do face painting and I’m obsessed with playing Minecraft and watching Disney movies. I’m also an aspiring comedian, I believe making jokes and laughing is good for the soul and brain! I’m naturally kind and I love to help others out, it truly is a blessing to be able to give or help others. I also have a very strong maternal instinct when it comes to any child, I am extremely nurturing.
My Experience
I have a lot of experience with babysitting as I am an auntie of 5. I babysit for weeks at a time by myself when my sister goes on holiday or just needs me to take care of the children, which means I’m very confident in my skills and ability with children. I am able to do quick and efficient nappy changes, cook nutritious meals for children, put them to bed, entertain them etc. I also know the Heimlich manuever and recovery position. My youngest nephew has ADHD, which means I’m comfortable with children who may have any extra needs! :) My oldest nephew has type 1 diabetes, so I am able to spot signs of low or high blood sugar. I also help out with home work and school projects. I find it extremely heart warming to see children’s creativity and knowledge. Apart from babysitting 5 children, I grew up in a very big family so I would have to be responsible and look after my younger cousins and my cousin’s children too. Children are our future, so I believe being a good example and role model is important. I also like to do little karaoke sessions with children, arts and crafts, play board games, sports and read. I have experience with running households, due to my sister being away for weeks or days. I’m perfectly fine with helping out around the house. I also can play Minecraft with children as I have it on my phone and I can give lots of kid/family friendly show recommendations.
