My Summary
About Me
I am an Ofsted registered Childminder with 4 children of my own with our youngest currently sitting his GCSE’s.
I was judged OUTSTANDING in all areas by Ofsted in my last inspection.
I provide an exciting , nurturing environment where children have lots of fun whilst learning & developing new skills through free play, structured activities, adventure and exploring.
I love spending time with the children that I mind and get great job satisfaction from helping and watching them grow into confident and happy "Little Blossoms".
Whilst my business is run from 2 dedicated rooms in my home, we spend a lot of time exploring all that is on offer "out & about" - weather permitting!
We also have regular outings to visit the beach, Delamere Forest, go on picnics, visit farms , national trust sites and lots of parks in and around Merseyside and Cheshire. So much can be learned from all that is available in our natural world!
At home, I have a large garden with lots of resources for outdoor play. Indoors I have 2 dedicated play rooms with lots of toys, activities, games, role play and arts and crafts materials for all ages.
Parents are sent regular photos and are updated at handover each day about their child’s day here.
In addition, I keep detailed development records of your child to share with you and to demonstrate to OFSTED how children in my care develop, learn & progress through play, outings and fun activities.
The most important part of my job however, is developing a bond with the children I mind and making them feel safe, happy and cared for when they are with me and my assistant.
My Experience
I have 14 years experience of Childminding but have 25 years experience of child care from raising my own family. My love of parenting has led me into child care as a profession.
My Qualifications
I am Ofsted registered and have recently been judged OUTSTANDING in all areas by OFSTED.
I have completed a L3 City and Guilds Qualification in Childcare and Childcare management.
I have completed a child minders pre-registration course through my local council.
I have completed training and qualified as a paediatric first aider. I have a Safeguarding and protecting children qualification.
I am a qualified & experienced training & development manager (Chartered Inst of Personnel & Development)
My Availability
My normal working hours are 7.45 - 5..00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday &Friday.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
Fees on request.
I offer special packages/arrangements for teaching staff / term time only workers. Please call to discuss.
It is possible for a child to stay in excess of 9 hours ( upto a maximum of 10 hours),by special arrangement but an additional charge will be incurred.

Our daughter has been coming to Tracy/Little Blossoms since she was 11 months old and she has absolutely thrived from day one. She wakes up very excited in the morning on her 'Tracy Days' and chatters about both Tracy and her assistant, Tasha, from the moment she wakes until the moment she runs to them and gives them a big cuddle when they open the door to her.
Our little girl could not be in better hands and we feel at ease knowing that she is well cared for and very happy.
She has such amazing experiences on her Tracy Days and comes home excitedly telling us all about it.
Tracy is professional and approachable but most importantly she is wonderful with the children and it is clear that she loves working with them all.
We could not ask for anyone better and highly recommend Tracy/Little Blossoms.

Feel totally at ease leaving our children in the care of Tracy.
They have such varied experiences - from being in Tracy’s lovely home setting to ‘big adventure’ days out. Ranging from a trip to the park, the beach or soft play areas.
I really think that this is a great setting for children to make the transition easily into school.
We have no regrets at all with placing our girls in the care of Tracy/Little Blossoms.
