My Experience

I have worked various roles throughout the past few years, one being a 'care assistant' at Newbury Grove Care UK. Within this role I provided high-quality, person-centered care and support to residents in a care home setting. My key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility, and feeding. I was able to build strong relationships with residents, understanding their individual needs, and promoting their independence and dignity. Moreover, I was also able to enhance residents' emotional and social well-being by engaging them in activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Attention to detail, empathy, and effective communication skills are essential.
