My Requirements
Are you patient, kind, understanding, flexible and willing to learn looking for an exciting, yet challenging role delivering a child-led, interest-based curriculum both in the young person’s home and the community? You will be part of a small team of dedicated staff working at least 10 hours per week with extra time for liaison with the team. The role is 38 weeks per academic year.
We further require suitable individuals to fulfil a role as a personal assistant/ support assistant for the above child and their siblings ages 15 and 16. These roles is to both offer respite to parents and change the lives of the young people. Initially building a relationship then supporting with community inclusion and supporting their interests.
They are all autistic and have different needs. Please contact me for further information about either role.
