About Me

I am a mum to a lovely (almost) 2 year old little boy, he comes to ALL my jobs with me* I have looked after children of various ages as a private nanny ranging from newborns to 10 years. I also work part time at a crèche which I absolutely love! Ive been looking after children for around 7 years and am currently working towards my level 3 qualification in childcare. I love the Montessori approach, I try to implement it in any way I can with my son as well as children I work with and I’m also big on gentle parenting/conscious parenting. I would love to one day do a course in child psychology as it definitely fascinates me. Over the years I’ve learnt a lot about children’s development and have become really good at thinking of fun things to do for different age groups. I used to be a theatre makeup artist so sometimes we do face paints with the children if I’m babysitting younger ones & they usually love it! I am DBS checked, trained in paediatric first aid and in basic life support. I speak fluent Italian and basic Spanish (I’m still learning spanish but can hold short conversations) Happy to meet before a sit if you’d like :)
