My Experience

I have worked for 3 years for the Little Learners Nursery Group, an Educational institution under the protection and welfare assurance provided by Ofsted, committed to nurture and foster positive experiences during Early Years ( 12 months to 4 years) . I worked in a stimulative environment, secure and interactive and the core achievement the nursery aimed to achieve is laying the foundation of future academic successes. It offered indoor and outdoor oustandingly equipped learning environments, and parents involvement is warmly welcomed. The team is blended with experienced and professionally qualified teachers, EYFS practitioners and trainees.

Role and responsibilities:
? honest communication between parent-practitioner with a welcoming attitude at drop-off and pick-up;
? being a source of reassurance, understanding and protection in Early Years;
? discolsing confidential information if safeguarding issues arise;
? putting children's safety first;
? designing creative displays with the children based on their stories, progression, the seasonal wonders, emerging Literacy and Maths, for school readiness;
? balanced engagement in children's activities with self-directed 'learn and play' sessions;
? directing physical activities, social-interaction based, feelings and emotional awareness and encouraging personal hygiene;
? following dietary requirements;
? providing First Aid and reporting injuries and accidents;
? keeping a good line of communication with parents & professionals (partnership working);
? keeping up-to-date allergy information and medication requirements;
? team cooperation and negotiation of tasks;
? circle time and phonics activities;
? encouraging independency and self-management;
? shaping behaviours;

My Qualifications

I hold English(Grade 5) & Maths GCSE (Grade 4), Early Years Educator Level 3 & Bsc (Hons) Health & Social Care Management.

My Availability

Mon-Thursday 8-5

My Fees

• Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)

According to the experience I hold and the qualifications possessed I am looking to get £15 an hour.
