About Me
I care for children from 3 to 11 years old as a playworker, babysitter and sole charge nanny. I can do school pickups and afterschool care as well as the evening and bedtime routine. I enjoy taking the children to activities and encouraging them to learn about the world around them. I am dependable, fun and dedicated with excellent childcare references. I enjoy spending time with children of all ages but particularly love younger children. I always ensure the children have fun and structured play activities and feel safe and listened to. I have lots of energy and empathy and always build a strong bond with the children in my care. I speak fluent Italian and can help with basic homework too. I love doing arts and crafts or taking them to the playground. I believe in a good routine and a healthy diet.
My Experience
I have worked for an after-school club for a year and have been babysitting for 2 years. Most recently I have sole charge of two lovely boys aged 2 and 5. I helped with potty training the youngest and nursery and school pickups. I am also looking after a lovely 5 year old boy in central Cambridge 3 times per week after school. He enjoys lots of sensory play and spending time outside. I have cared for twins aged 5 years old and often take sole charge of their evening routine which includes making sure they have bath time, playtime and story time before making sure they go to sleep on time. I have also looked after a lovely 10 year old in the evening and we often play games and I make sure he has his homework done and he goes to bed at a set time. Overall I have experience of reading books, arts and crafts, taking the children to the park and making sure they are happy. I am adaptable and will follow any routine set by the family.
My Qualifications
I have an enhanced DBS which is on the update service, a Level 2 Child Safeguarding
Certificate, Level 2 Food and Hygiene Certificate, Keeping Children Safe in Education Certificate.
My Availability
I am available all Monday to Tuesday until 3pm, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until 2pm, I can babysit most evenings except Wednesdays and I am generally available on weekends.

We've been really please with Lottie she's a good communicator, punctual, trustworthy, and very capable with children.
She's been looking after our 3 and 6 year old boys in the summer, and now does 2 school pick ups and dinner etc in term time. She's flexible and looking to pick up some more regular hours. I recommend Lottie, and so would my boys!
