My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny to care for our two girls aged 2 and 4 after school and nursery.
The core hours are 1pm-7pm on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with additional ad-hoc hours for baby sitting and school holidays. Slightly later starts may be accommodated for the right candidate, but we find that it is helpful to have time to prepare a healthy meal before heading out to collect our youngest from nursery and our eldest from school.
Our nanny is free to plan healthy meals and activities after school whether they are at home or outside, such as park trips, library trips, or clubs and activities.
Mum is a doctor and Dad is a barrister. We are usually home from work by 18:45. There are various opportunities for additional hours when Mum is on night shifts or late shifts or Dad is working away from home, and we often need help with babysitting, but the core hours are 1pm-7pm Weds-Fri.
Our first priority is that our children are happy and safe, but reliability is extremely important to us so that the girls have stable and familiar childcare.
