My Experience
Digital engagement- 3rd April 2023-present
This role was based in DfE(department for education). As part of my responsibilities, I would work on ‘IMO’ which is the Children’s Commissioner digital offering for children in care and care leavers A unique, peer-led website where they can share stories, experiences, and achievements, get and give advice, and gain access to lots of amazing resources. During this time, I would write blogs, work on projects, attend events, and conduct research. It was my responsibility to support the development of content for the website and social media channels. I was contributing to the development of services for youth who have experienced foster care- particularly campaigns for care experience young people.
Health Care Assistant- 5th September 2022- February 2023
My responsibilities as a health care assistant included providing personal care, involving support for clients daily hygiene routines, assistance in mobility to ensure safe movement, completion of housekeeping tasks like laundry, accompanying clients to various activities and managing medication including collecting prescriptions, offering reminders, and meal preparation tailored to clients specific requirements.
