I am working mum looking for someone who can love and care for my daughter Ella (one years old). I have a partner Kyle who is in the raf and is likely to be deployed often. So I would need someone that understands and could help me out with the hours I need.

I just need a childminder to have Ella Monday to Friday full time so I can work. I am particularly looking for someone who is good with communication and helping my daughter thrive. I would really appreciate updates on activities she is doing or her well being in general.
