About Me
I'm an autistic lady looking for someone to support with childcare so I can enjoy time with my absolute delight of a boy. He's 1.5 and likely autistic too, so neurodiversity affirming beliefs are a must. As an ex-early years teacher I understand the challenges of the role, after teaching I ran a tech company where I strove to create an environment that put mental health of employees first - so I think that we would be able to offer an exceptionally supportive and understanding work environment. We have a zoo so must like cats and dogs!
My Requirements
Just an extra pair of hands really! I very much see this as us being part of a team together, I just need some more support. I am finding I do not have the energy to create the type of activities that I would like, and I get overwhelmed getting out and about. An organiser who can help with creating and setting up activities, meal prep and planning would be a plus but not necessity - most important is someone who wants to have lots of fun! We're looking at one day a week initially, preferably Monday or Friday, but with the option of more hours as we get used to things. Questions welcome!
