My Summary

My Experience

Being that my mother is a nanny, I have frequently babysat for families that my mother is working for, as over the years of knowing the families I became a trusted caregiver. I am also a private tutor, with over 3 years of experience educating children from the ages of 6-16 years of age in subjects such as reading and basic mathematics (primary school level), as well as higher levels of mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology. As a mathematics and physics student I know the value of an educator that can be trusted, and believe that children who have a close bond with their tutors can excel in academia. This is something I have seen first hand in learning from my mother, a reading recovery teacher turned nanny and private tutor.

My Qualifications

I have qualifications up until A-Levels, with A grades in the subjects of maths, further maths and physics. I will be completing my final year of my maths and physics honours degree this upcoming academic year.

My Availability

I am available to take children to and from school with no clashes in timetable from my university classes, as I am entering my final year of studies and study becomes more self enforced. I have no issues in babysitting until the night on occasion, but would prefer parents/carers are back with children by 8/9 pm regularly.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.00 per hour
• Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)

My current rates are £11 an hour for babysitting, and £10 an hour as a regular nanny. These rates are flexible depending on the number of hours I will spend babysitting.
