About Me
Hi! I'm a Level Three Apprentice on summer holidays! The nursery I work at now is on a break and I'm seeking employment doing what I know and love, which is childcare! I received my Level Two in Childcare certification in 2020, my degree with honours in Psychology in 2023, and I'm a very creative soul having qualified with Merit with a Vocal Artist course in 2019. I love what I do and I'm passionate about children's mental health and development as I'm hoping to do a Masters in Child Psychology in 2025.
My Experience
In 2019 I started my Level Two apprenticeship at a nursery in Solihull and gained confidence and an amazing amount of experience in working with all ages ranging from 6 months-4 years. I loved my time here however I then moved to University level and when this completed in 2023 I knew I wanted to go back to gain some more experience working with children before moving to my masters. In 2024 I started my Level Three apprenticeship and I have another eight months to go then I am a fully qualified childcare practitioner. Although not fully qualified, I am passionate about my job and always recieve high praise from bosses/colleagues (can provide references for this). Throughout my time at these nurseries I have also worked at after school clubs! Working with children from 5-11! So my knowledge and experience ranges all the way from 6 months old-11 years old!
My Qualifications
2019 - Level Three BTEC in Vocal Artistry from Access to Music Creative College
2020 - Level Two Apprenticeship with Swift (CACHE)
2023 - Bachelor's Degree with Honour's in Psychology at the University of Wolverhampton
2024 - Started my Level Three Apprenticeship with Swift (CACHE)
My Availability
During the summer holidays I will be available all day everyday! However in September I will only be able to do before school and afterschool + weekends as I will be back at the nursery.
