Hi, my name is Lola, I'm 25 years old and just finished studying a Mathematics degree with the Open University. My favourite subject was always music, closely followed by maths. I am a singer as well as a mathematician. I have a big family so I'm very used to engaging children, helping with homework and tailoring my approach to meet the needs of each child. I previously worked as nanny with a childcare company for 3 years and I have tutoring experience helping younger year students with Maths when I was in Sixth Form and doing private 1-1 lessons with a few clients prior to my nannying work. I look forward to meeting more curious minds and helping your child reach their academic goals in an enjoyable and creative way!
My Experience
I have completed a Mathematics degree with the Open University. I have 3 years of nannying experience with a childcare company and 1 year of tutoring experience.
My Qualifications
With regards to Maths, for GCSEs, I achieved an A* in Maths and an A in Further Maths. For A-levels, I achieved an A* in Maths and a B in Further Maths. I have just completed a degree in Mathematics with the Open University as of June 2024 however I have not received my results yet. I got distinctions in Year 1 and 2, I am just waiting on the results of my Year 3 modules.
My Availability
I am available in the afternoon everyday of the week and available afterschool and in the evenings Monday to Friday.
