Hello!
I am currently on the lookout for a childminder/ nursery for my just turned 1 year old, Jack, that has flexible spaces due to the nature of myself and my partners work.
My Requirements
My situation is a wee bit complicated - my partner has the same shift pattern on rotation, 6 days on and 4 days off, meaning that the days that he is home and available for our son change every week. I work the same hours every day, but it means that the days we require will always be different. Some weeks we might need a few days, some weeks we won't need any.
I know it's probably a bit of a logistical nightmare for childminders, which is why I am looking for someone that is close by, but who also offers flexible childcare I can pay for by the hour.
