My Summary

My Experience

My work as a nanny spanned from 2007-2021 and I spent 17 years working in Chicago, Portland, and New York City. I have been certified in infant and child CPR and First Aid. I looked after an infant from 3 months to 3 years old, worked as a nanny share with three toddler boys from two families for four years, and worked with primary and secondary school students doing drop off and pick up from school and additional care as needed. Previous experience involved overnight stays, working with SEN children, going on outings to parks, library reading groups, sports events, and play dates. I stopped working as a nanny in 2021 when I began my master's program. Most recently, I trained as an art therapist with secondary school students in London and worked with primary school students at an afterschool club this summer. I have ample experience with all age groups and enjoy being spontaneous, creative, and getting to fully know the children and families I work for.

My Qualifications

I have been trained in Infant and Child CPR through the American Red Cross. I have completed a BS in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and an MA in Art Psychotherapy.

My Availability

I currently have open summer availability and I am flexible. Currently, I could do a set weekly schedule with a family and also pick up shifts on weekends or evenings on an as-needed basis.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)

I am flexible with fees, but my minimum hourly rate is 15 GBP per hour. I would like to discuss rates with families as duties can vary.
