About Me
Hello! My name is Radia and I am a passionate and dedicated OFSTED registered childminder with spectacular levels of experience in providing exceptional childcare. I am a proud mother to my 15 year old daughter who is preparing for her upcoming GCSE exams. I am loving and caring and have a great passion in providing bright futures for little ones! I believe in creating a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and grow.
I offer a safe and loving in-home setting, filled with engaging Montessori activities that cater to the developmental needs of each child with a variety of different types of play. I ensure that every day is filled with fun and great learning opportunities, ensuring that your child is in safe and capable hands. I also prioritise clear and open communication with parents, providing regular updates and photos to keep you informed about your Childs day.
In my care, I prioritise providing healthy and nutritious meals to ensure that each child receives a balanced diet. The menu I prepare is thoughtfully designed to include a variety of nutrient rich foods that support growth and development. I also cater to different dietary needs to preferences, making sure that all meals are both delicious and nutritious. By offering a diverse menu, I help children recognise and develop healthy eating habits and an appreciation for different foods from an early age.
My overall goal is to support each child's individual needs and help them build confidence, social skills and a love for learning. I look forward to welcoming your child into my care and working together to provide them with the best possible start in life.
My Experience
I have been working in the Childcare sector for 20 years. I graduated form Roehampton University in 2012 and I hold a Degree in Early years and Education.
I have worked in day nurseries as a practitioner, room leader, Deputy Manager and Manager.
I am also a qualified SENCO and Safeguarding Lead.

NVQ level 5 in Management and Leaderships (Smart training) 2012

I work Monday to Friday 8:00AM TO 6:00PM, I also offer early start 7:00AM and late finish 7:00PM

I am so lucky my daughter was cared for by Radia, my daughter loved to go into nursery and Radia was always so friendly welcoming which put me at ease. I loved the updates through the app to show me what my daughter had been doing throughout her day and her activities look so much fun. The most important thing was my daughter was happy. I would recommend Radia, she is a kind and loving person.

I cannot recommend Radia highly enough! She is incredibly patient and caring with the children and she is very professional. Very good communication always keeps us parents up to date.

I will highly recommend Radia as a practitioner.
Radia looked after my daughter for 2 years in the Montessori nursery. Her love, kindness, and dedication to children are amazing. She have lots of patient and always there for the kids.
My daughter was very happy to have her as a teacher she has learned many things and always surprised me with something new learn.
Radia involved children in cooking lesson. My daughter enjoyed every lesson. She was very proud of her cooking and always brought home for us what she made.
Radia always keeps the parents updated and she is always there if you need anything.
