About Me
I am Eilidh and I am 23 years old. I have an honours degree in Music and am planning to go back to university to complete a masters degree in music therapy. I have worked with children almost all of my working life and love spending time with children outside of work commitments. The reason I want to be a music therapist is primarily due to seeing how it can help children and adults in so many different ways.
My Experience
I have worked in the care sector for 4 years with adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, dementia etc.
I have also worked as a children’s entertainer for parties and events for 5 years which has given me a lot of experience around young children.
I am also a singing tutor for children aged 5-17 at the moment. I provide one to one lessons with these children I am able to keep their attention for the duration of the lesson.
My Qualifications
I have an honours degree in music and a hold a PVG which covered adults and children.
