Hi my name is Keanu, people call me Keana.
I’m 27, and a mum to a 21 month old girl, Rosie.
I’m a support worker in a part time job. My job isn’t a set shift pattern, It can change week to week. But I will always know what I’m working.
And my husband, Dan is a full time account manager. We both have our parents as help sometimes.
Rosie hasn’t got any known allergies as of yet. We give her home cooked meals so this is preferred over frozen meals. She LOVES a dessert after her meals.
Once she gets to know you, she is a very bubbly girl. She will be climbing all over you and go absolutely bonkers! In a good way that is. She likes a little boogie to music, and she loves to play ball. If you have arts and crafts, she will be all over that. I try and find activities that is really interactive that makes her think. But she also loves to play in general other than problem solving games. Rosie loves be outside due to us not having a garden, so if you have a garden, that’s a bonus. And if you take the children to groups and clubs, that would be amazing as well as she needs to learn how to interact with other children as she is very shy and nervous around other kids as she is never around other children. She will warm to an adult more easily than another child around her.
My Requirements
We have the 15HR free/tax free childcare for working parents government scheme and have the code. So we need someone that is signed up with this. We need her starting ASAP due to Unfortunately our circumstances changing.
Depending where you are located and how far we need to travel, we will need to get our daughter to you between 8-9am before both my husband and I start work. I sleep over at work for one night due to the type of work I’m in. So my husband will be picking her up sometimes after he finishes work at 5pm (on the days we have childcare). So we will need someone to be able to have her until early evening sometimes. Max 5:30/6pm depending where you are based. I will need a childminder 2 times a week.
We need someone that is compassionate, patient, caring, and understanding with our daughter. Rosie is very shy, especially around other children due to not being around other children in her life. So she can be quite emotional sometimes and scared until she gets use to them. We need someone to help her understand that it is ok etc. she is currently potty training so we need someone to help her understand when she needs to go etc.
