I’m Isabelle and my husband (Casey) and I live in Gosmore, we have a wonderful baby (born 14th December 2024). We are a fairly laid back couple, dad is back to work and mum is still on maternity leave (return date tbc).
My Requirements
Hello! We’re a small, happy family living in the Gosmore area of Hitchin – myself, my husband, and our gorgeous baby who was born in December. We’re currently lucky to have a brilliant nanny who supports us two half days a week (around 8 hours in total), but as our routines and needs evolve, we’re looking to supplement this with an additional helping hand.
From around October this year, we’ll be looking for someone to come in two days a week, and from January 2026, this will increase to three/four days a week. The new nanny would be working alongside our current one (not replacing her), so we’re really keen to find someone who’s warm, reliable, and happy to be part of a shared-care setup.
We don’t have a fixed preference for days — we’re very flexible and can work around the right person’s availability.
Ideally, we’re looking at an hourly rate in the region of £13–£14phr depending on experience, but we’re happy to chat.
We’re friendly, easy-going, and just hoping to find someone who feels like a natural fit for our family. If that might be you, we’d love to hear from you!
