About Me
Hi, I am Tamara but people also call me Tam or Tammy. I am a teaching assistant and currently work in Year 2. What I love the most about my job is seeing the world through children's eyes and seeing their growth and development. I believe in order to get the best out of any child first you must make a relationship with them.
I was born in Slovakia but have lived in UK for 23 years. I speak Slovakian, Czech, English and understand some Polish and Ukrainian. I also have 3 children which I absolutely adore and a dog called Hatchi! I have 2 daughters who are 13 and 11 and a son who is only 1 year old so therefore most of my time is focused on them. We love playing board games, dancing, doing arts and crafts, going swimming, trampolining, watching films and going to the beach.
However, when (very occasionally :-) I find a me time, I love reading books, dancing, playing the piano and taking my dog for a walk particularly by the sea.
My Experience
I have worked as a TA for 7 years now and I absolutely love it. I've worked in Reception classes through to Year 4 including working 1-1 with children with additional needs. One of my daughter's has Asperger's Syndrome, the other daughter is coeliac (gluten free), asthmatic and also has a peanut allergy so I am Epipen trained. My son suffered with silent reflux and milk allergy as a baby but we think he has grown out of it now. Now he is just very hyperactive and loves to explore and climb! I also have safeguarding and First Aid training annually at school.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
I charge £10 per hour. However, the fees are negotiable if you need me for longer than a few hours.
