My Requirements

Eagles Learning is an alternative education provision, supporting children who are having difficulties accessing full-time education by providing tutoring and mentoring at home and in the local community. We specialise in working with children who may have special educational needs (SEN), social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), experienced developmental trauma and/or present with challenging behaviour.

Experience tutoring, mentoring, teaching or working in a school is preferred, however the right character trumps all in our line of work.

We are looking for positive role models, who can look past the surface level behaviours, and see the potential that is beneath. Often these children need someone who believes in them, someone to give them a chance, someone who cares.

We aim to help our students gain relevant qualifications and skills they need to thrive in life.

If you are interested in Maths, English, Science, IT/Computing, Cooking/Food Tech, Woodwork/Design Tech - then we’d love you to join our tutoring team!

If you are interested in wellbeing, sports, life skills, social-emotional development, enrichment activities - then mentoring is for you!

Your own car is essential because we support children all over Hampshire.

We can offer part time hours initially and can work around commitments you may already have. You would be able to build up your timetable once on board.
