My name is Madeline and I have recently moved to Edinburgh from Seattle, Washington, USA. I have worked with children for the past 10 years from baby sitting all the way through head teacher in a primary school. I love exploring the new city and being outside as well as reading and lots of at home DIY's.
My Experience
In America, I graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Elementary Education as well as Special Education. I have been working at an elementary school (primary school) for the past 5 years working as a substitute head teacher for grades kindergarten-5th grade, as well as a 1 to 1 aid support for a student with impacted needs, and a head teacher for an impacted needs class ages 5-7. Before this, I was a nanny for a family of 2 where I meal prepped, cleaned the house, and took care of the children for 4 years.
My Qualifications
Bachelor of the Arts in Elementary Education and Special Education from Western Washington University.
My Availability
I am pretty flexible with my availability. Being new to this country, I do not have a car yet or know how to drive here so early mornings are not preferred but very negotiable!
