About Me
Hi, I’m Ellie and I am a childminder based in Heworth. I am a qualified primary school teacher specialising in the early years and I have full paediatric first aid training and safeguarding training. My goal is to look after my little boy whilst fulfilling my passion of nurturing little minds. As a childminder I provide excellent care for your little ones by ensuring a rich and enabling environment where curious minds thrive.
Welcome to my home from home!
My opening hours are 8am until 5:30pm Monday- Friday, however these hours can be flexible if these don’t quite work for your family! Places from September 2024.
My Experience
I have previously worked in a nursery for two years, I have a PGCE and Qualified teacher status specialising in early years education and have taught as an EYFS teacher for 1 year.
I have lots of lovely nieces and nephews that have given me the confidence to look after children on my own in my own home! I also have my little boy who is 7 months old.
My Qualifications
Primary Post graduate certificate in education with qualified teacher status.
Full paediatric first aid qualification.
Safe guarding training.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
£55 per day
£30 half day
Includes 3 meals, snacks, nappies, wipes and days out.
