About Me
Looking for part time nanny / childminder help from September 2024 about 20hrs per week.
I am a single parent with two children ages 9 and 11. The eldest is going into year 7 at Bourne Academy and the younger one year 5 at Winton Primary.
I am joining a full time course in Midwifery for 3 years from Sept 2024.
My course is split into 50 / 50 study blocks and placement blocks in hospital. For the study weeks I will need some after school childcare on weekdays. For the placement weeks I will need childcare at varying times including evenings, weekends, nights and bank holidays.
I'm looking for a childcare provider who can help, and is Ofsted registered or on the General Childcare Register, as this is a requirement for the funding. My main payments will come from CGPS (Childcare Grant Payment Service) which is the system student finance use to pay childcare providers.
I expect to be able to provide a proper timetable soon and would be able to give a few weeks notice of shifts required, ongoing.

My Requirements
Supervision of children, helping with meals etc, taking them out on weekends maybe to the park or swimming or other activities which I would pay for. Getting them up in the mornings and ready for school, encouraging showering, brushing teeth and hair etc. Sometimes taking them to after school activities and hobby clubs.
