About Me
I am a 19 year old first-year student at the University of Leeds. I studied maths, further maths and chemistry at A level and loved helping my classmates with these subjects as I found them very interesting which has lead me to wanting to tutor.
My Experience
I have tutored several A level students in maths, one being my cousin who has ADHD so has a shorter attention span, we did sessions twice a week over the span of a year and he went from getting Es at the start of the year to a B on results day. I also took a gap year and decided to travel with a programme called Plan My Gap Year, which I loved. I gained lots of experience with children of many ages (3-18), teaching them English or helping them perfect the English they already knew, as well as with the younger children just making sure they were happy and entertained.
My Qualifications
A*AA in Maths, Further Maths and Chemistry A level
9 GCSEs with grades between 9-7
My Availability
My availability centres around my uni schedule, so weekends and evenings are definitely available.
