My Requirements

Live in or live out nanny full time Mon-Fri between 50 to 60 hours a week. Start date needed is end October, latest 1 Nov 2024.

Duties include:
All care and nursery duties related to the children
Providing a safe, healthy and enriching environment
Meal plan and cook healthy and nutritious meals for the children
Maintain a regular daily routine, adjusting as required (especially for baby)
Cleaning after the children and yourself to maintain an organised/tidy space
Arranging age-appropriate activities and play dates, bring the children to swimming on Fridays
Helping with bath time and bedtime sometimes (we prefer to do these ourselves but may require help from time to time)
Pickup and drop off at nursery
Occasional babysitting

We are looking for someone who can strike a balance between discipline and good fun while utilising more “gentle parenting” techniques. An active, kind, engaging, proactive nanny who is willing to create a positive learning environment (indoors and outdoors) to promote curiosity and help meet emotional/academic developmental goals.

We have a Labrador who is very much part of the family, some pet care (walking the dog, feeding the dog) may be required if the father gets too busy with work, but the ideal candidate must be comfortable being around dogs.

Requirements for nanny
Right to work in the UK
Be fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin a plus but not required
Some experience with babies and toddlers preferred
Have excellent contactable references
Possess an up to date Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certificate
Have a full clean driver’s license (preferred)
Some travel will be required
