Hi there, I'm Ella! (@ellalessons)
I am a private tutor of Maths, English and Science from Y1 to Y9.
I also provide specialised support for Phonics, SATS, the 11+, 13+, ISEE and more.
I support home-educated children with supplementary lessons.
I work successfully with students with SEN including autism, ADHD and dyslexia.
Lessons are one to one and I provide personalised, curriculum-aligned lesson plans and resources.
My related interests are in promoting reading for pleasure, supporting mental health and using diverse and inclusive resources.
My Experience
I have worked as a private tutor now for over 6 years with multiple testimonies detailing how students have gained confidence, improved their ability and reignited their overall love of learning!
Prior to this, I worked in multiple educational settings including with Explore Learning and IntoUniversity. I have experience teaching both one on one and in small groups. I also have wide experience with children with SEN.
I have had children successfully pass their desired entrance exams, move up to higher level classes in school and pass SATs with flying colours.
