About Me
We are a Swedish/french/english speaking family with 2 children (Boy almost 2 years, Girl just turned 4years). Mon-Fri my daughter goes to a french school in South Kensington. Mother works 80% from home and Father works from the office.
We are very easy going, friendly and want to have a kind, free and playful environment for our children at home. We like music, dancing, baking and having fun. My daughter loves everything pink, glittery and girly such as jewellery making, role plays, arts and craft. My son is an active independent and happy boy that likes to be outdoors as much as possible. He is very easy to manage if you let him explore and discover the world around you.
It is very important for us to have a person that is positive and enjoys being with small children. Ideally we are looking for a Swedish or Finnish speaker but can also consider a French or just an English speaker.
We want the person to be able to sing nursery rhymes and dance (just for play), activate the kids by taking them to the park, organise playdates, cook and feed them, etc and be independent.
We have access to our own private garden for outdoor play. We are also a 10-15 min walk from Kensington Gardens or Holland Park.
We have a nice house and many areas near the home where the children can play.
HOUSEKEEPING NEED
We also want the person to be able to work independently and take own initiative in the house. Buy missing cleaning products/groceries.
Actively clean the kitchen/dishes when needed.
Start the washing machine and empty clothes to drying.
Vacuum when needed. Clean floors is a plus!
Otherwise wipe of dust, organise toys, clothes etc and put everything where they belong.
Cook healthy meals for the family/baking with kids.
We got. Cleaning lady that comes just to clean, but us as parents clean all of the above daily and would like to have a person who can be a nanny with the kids, but also offer housekeeping duties in the house.
My Requirements
- childcare/housekeeping ca 15-40 hours per week depending on the right person.
- Childcare from ca 13.00/14.00-17.00/18.00 mon-fri. We have some flexibility on hours and days. For housekeeping duties we can add additional hours before/after/during babysitting.
-Collect my daugher from School in South Kensington Monday-Friday 15.30 Wednesdays at 12.30 or 14.30.
- Go to Holland Park/Kensington Gardens for outdoor play
- Go to Cloud12 members kids play club in Notting Hill as often as possible. (30min walk/15min bus)
- Prepare food and feed children.
- Clean up after being with the children (sand from the park/toys/dishes/stroller.
- Remove stains from kids clothes.
- go to playdates.
