About Me
I have recently trained as a doula with doulas of NI. I have 4 children myself and always had an interest in pregnancy, birth and postnatal. Having a doula at my last birth was invaluable to me and my husband. The postnatal visits, txts and phone calls made me feel I wasn’t alone.
I can be there for you pre birth with a person to talk to, sign posting to different areas of need, researching information for you and planning your birth and beyond. I can be on call from 38 weeks of pregnancy and attend with you during labour and birth. Postnatally I can call to see you 24hrs after the birth of your baby and also have as many postnatal visits as you would like to help with baby while you take time to yourself, cook for you, look after other children and I always love to clean and tidy which I think is a big plus in postnatal care to help sort new life in the household. I will be on constant txt message and phone calls at anytime.

My Experience
Recently trained as doula with doulas of NI. I have attended workshops on birth and have good contacts in this area of pregnancy, birth and baby. I will be doing a course to learn to teach baby massage soon and can provide this 1:1 or groups.

My Availability
I am very flexible for days and evenings until January 2025, after which I will be available Thursday and Friday during the day but every evening of the week. Any day on Saturday and Sunday
