Hi! I'm Lizzie. I've just moved to the UK from New Zealand and I'm really keen to get into nannying. I’m three years into studying Medicine, taking a gap year to explore new experiences and travel. I adore kids (I want to be a paediatrician when I graduate), and have always enjoyed working with them.
I’m active and outdoorsy—I love teaching spin classes, baking up treats, and spending time outside (though I might miss the NZ beaches here in London!). I’m dependable, enthusiastic, and can’t wait to bring energy & fun to the family I work with.
My Experience
I have a solid background in childcare, having looked after kids of all ages, from toddlers (age 2) to teens (up to 15). My experience ranges from occasional evening babysitting to a regular after-school nanny role. I’m familiar with the full spectrum of daily routines—driving kids to after-school activities, preparing dinners, tidying up, and handling sibling dynamics with a bit of humour!
Beyond childcare, I’ve done tutoring and am more than happy to help with homework. Through my degree in medicine I have an advanced first aid certification, training in basic life support, and in-depth knowledge of child development and physical needs - including kindergarten placements which gave me valuable hands-on experience in engaging with young children from a developmental perspective.
My Qualifications
I have an Advanced First Aid Qualification, I finished high school with top academic marks in New Zealand & I am currently three years into my degree in Medicine.
My Availability
I am availible all times! I'm interested in any full-time nanny position, as well as only a few days a week.
