My Requirements
Requirements for the Childminder:
Pick-Up: Must be available to pick up Child from school every weekday at 3:20pm
Supervision: Stay with her at home until I return from work (usually around 8:30 PM).
Activities: Engage her in fun and educational activities like reading, crafts, and light homework help.
Safety: Ensure a safe and nurturing environment, both during the school pick-up and at home.
Light Housekeeping: Light tidying up after activities, preparing a simple snack or meal for child.
Availability: Must be reliable, flexible, and able to accommodate occasional late returns if I have to stay at work longer.
Additional Preferences:
Driving: Ideally, a childminder who can drive, although walking to and from school is possible.
Personality Fit: Warm, patient, and able to build a trusting relationship with child, helping her feel comfortable and secure after school.
