About Me
I’m Ella currently a student going into second year. I’ve worked with kids for years and adore being able to spend time with budding young minds- I’m big on outdoor learning as well and have a great love for animals (especially dogs). I think an important part of adulting is learning to play into your inner child! I love to bake- cookies especially- and am refining my cooking skills currently.
My Experience
I nannied from the age of 14-18 and began a part time live in position from the age of 16. The children I looked after then (who I still see regularly) have different social and emotional needs, catering for which was a big part of my role. I have done a plethora of babysitting jobs alongside this- many of which continue when I’m visiting home from university. I spent my gap year working in a reception class in a primary school. I worked with children with special needs, on the spectrum and with other learning difficulties too. This has given me lots of experience negotiating different situations while still providing a safe and productive learning environment.
My Qualifications
I have a Cambridge National in Child Development and years of experience working with children with different needs.
