My Requirements

I am currently living alone with my 2 kids, 7 year old daughter and 8 month old son. My husband is in Tunisia and awaiting a visa to join us.
Therefore, I need help with my kids, mostly my son, while I'm working 3 days per week.
I work Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, although this is likely to change from Wednesday to Tuesday.
I need help with everything involving my son so feeding (he has a food subscription to V&me so no cooking necessary, but you will need to warm the food, feed him, clean him, put the dishes in the dishwasher, clean and sterilize his bottles). He's very energetic and I need someone to engage with him and help his cognative and physical development along. I also need you to be in charge of everything for him so changing him, putting his laundry in the washing machine once a week, folding his laundry and keeping his closet tidy, giving him a bath at the end of the day.
My daughter will also need picking up from school, making her a snack (all food will be halal), doing homework with her, and warming up her dinner. Occasionally taking her to the park after school will be appreciated, but we will see how things go.
I do not want to overwhelm someone, I think that the person watching my kids needs to be relaxed and have energy to watch them, so I will never try to overwhelm you or give you too much to do. I place high importance on respect and communication, and I need the person who is in my home to be the same. I am understanding and open minded, and again would like the same from you.
I believe a relationship between mother and nanny is important and I will always want you to feel like you are welcome and part of the family.
I have a lady who comes to clean, so you will never be expected to do housework that is not directly related to my kids.

Also, this is not a requirement, but if you speak Arabic and can speak to my son in Arabic sometimes, that would be fantastic, as my husband is not around to do this yet. Not a requirement and do not expect you to teach him Arabic, I just think it would be nice for him to hear it around the house.

I am also looking for a cleaner who can clean 2-3 times a week. Very flexible with times and days, but would ideally need around 10 hours a week.
