We have 2 girls (4 years old and 4months old)looking for a baby sitter.

We have a dog home. We have a parking on site but I will negotiate about that to our porter depends on hours. I am looking for a flexible baby sitter depends on my needs. (Not full-time)
Possibly sometimes in weekends and afternoon on weekdays.
Update(22nd/ Sep) : I found someone a work on weekends sometimes for me. But I am still looking for someone who can work on weekdays depends on my needs. (Not regular schedules but sometimes) if you live close to me, and you can work as a baby sitter on your spare time on weekdays possibly after 3pm, I would be very much interested in.
My Requirements
Experienced baby sitter/ English speaker would be nice. If the baby sitter lives close to our house, even nicer. Since we have a dog at home, the sitter should be okay with the dog. The dog is 6 years old and very friendly Pomeranian.
