My Experience

On the less happier end of the childcare spectrum, I spent months working as a Health care assistant at the Priory Hospital in Roehampton last year, mainly in the CAMHs wards (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services). This gave me a great deal of insight and experience into eating disorders, anxiety and other mental health issues for young people, routinely taking blood pressure; administering first aid and offering a sympathetic ear.

A keen sailor, with extensive Royal Yachting Association qualifications, as a teenager I also did summer voluntary work helping children start dinghy sailing. Over the years I have also been a regular baby sitter.

Most recently I have worked as the nanny to a lovely family based in South Kensington. My duties included walking their dog and helping three children, aged 8, 10 and 11 with homework, collecting them from three different schools and ferrying them to their various after school activities and dentist appointments, preparing healthy snack boxes;
making healthy suppers and walking the dog. Sadly they are now in the process of moving out of London to the countryside. I believe I have the personality, experience and poise to be a great catch for another lucky family.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £18.00 per hour

My average rate depends on how many children and how many hours expected. If my travel is covered my base rate is £18 an hour. Can be flexible if needed.
