About Me

I run my own Tutoring Business from my home. I have successfully run this for the last three years. I use hands on learning through play and creativity. There are no iPads or tablets! I am enthusiastic about working with SEN children and advise parents on how schools should be working with their children.

My Experience

I am a BEd qualified teacher of over 25 years. I was a Nursery Manager for four years. I currently work at a college teaching adults with special needs and assess Teaching Assistants to City and Guild standards. Ran courses at Derby Council House on Neurodiversity for staff.

My Qualifications

BEd. CAVA Level 3. AET Level 3.
Experience: Adult Education. SEND tutor. Special needs adults. Community learning. Ran Parent groups for literacy and Numeracy across Derbyshire.

My Availability

I am available in the daytime Monday to Thursdays between 9 and 2.
I require contracted work on a permanent basis.
