About Me
I am mum to a nearly 2 year old, end of October,, mischievous little boy.
I work nights as an nhs nurse. I do 3 weeks of 3 nights and 1 week of 2 across 7 days a week.
My husband works office hours Monday to Friday.
I want to enhance my little boys social skills and learning experiences, teaching him new things whils also creating a better work life balance to fit in with family time.
My Requirements

I have a nearly 2 year old boy, end of October. I'm a nurse and I work nights 3 per week predominantly. My husband works Monday to Friday office hours. My mum helps around her job, with the childcare. I am just feeling a bit exhausted as I tend to split my shifts.
I basically need a flexible childminder who could help with 1/2 days a week; 1 full day or even half days. It would more likely be 1 day a week. I can be flexible to an extent with my job. I would be able to tell you my rota, and requirements, 1 to 2 months in advance. I could work around school drop off and pick ups if it fits with you too.
It would be nice to use the funded childcare hours but I am open to anything if it fits.
I am not quite ready to send my son to a nursery, I feel like a big childcare setting would overwhelm him. It would be nice for him to experience new things in a safe secure loving environment.
