Dear Family, My name is Halyn and I am an experienced Nanny from Austin, Texas. Having previously worked for a family in Paris, France for 8 years (2016-2024) I am highly skilled and passionate about providing professional and fun child care, and I am looking for a new family to give my all to.
I consider myself a very creative person and believe in creating fun and educational experiences and activities for children. I am incredibly passionate about providing a high level of child care while also being a fun, friendly, and kind individual.
I can also speak French, am good at embroidery and most crafts, and love doing them with children. In the past, I have taught children theatre and dance, so there's never a dull moment! I love for kiddos to be able to express themselves and have fun as often as possible.

My Experience
I have experience with children from newborns to teenagers!
In my previous Nanny position, I looked after three girls from when they were 2 months, 4, and 6 years old to when they were 8, 12, and 14 years old. My role was to escort the children from school, provide after-school snacks, and ensure that they had a host of activities to choose from, including plenty of fun time outdoors, reading, crafts, playing board games all together, as well as following an evening routine where I would bathe them, make dinner, assist with homework, and occasionally putting them to bed as well.
I also provided engaging activities to help the children learn and speak English as it was their second language. In the beginning, I cared for the youngest as an infant, so I also have plenty of experience changing nappies, ensuring a healthy nap schedule, feeding, and playing!
Other responsibilities included mild housework, evening babysitting, and taking the children to appointments and play dates.
My Qualifications
I have an Associates Degree in the Applied Sciences of Visual Communication, and I have worked in childcare for over 10 years.

I am available week days during the day.
