My Requirements
We need an SEN experienced nanny to take care of 2 children part time / ad hoc while the family navigates hospital stays for a family member.
We would like someone who is flexible, child led, kind and enjoys going with the flow with sensitive children. We home educate so ability to take out to activities locally be ideal.
It takes some time to build relationships with our kids so looking for someone who could help as needed and build up a good relationship with them.
If you are registered and able to take payment via childcare vouchers it would be ideal.
