About Me
We are Mia and Chris, parents to a 16 week old boy Oscar . Since week 12 he has started waking up every 1.5 hours at night and we are absolutely exhausted since! I don't know if it is partly due to his reflux ( he's on omeprazole for) or a sleep regression or other discomfort. He cannot self settle. He is fed and / or bounced to sleep. I am exclusively breastfeeding but I have been trying to introduce a bottle which he sometimes reluctantly takes.
My Requirements
We need an ocassional night nanny and if possible with sleep training skills.
