Hi my name is Malika I am 21 I work as a mental health support worker, and have 2 years childcare experience working in a nursery with all age groups :)
My Experience
When working with children there are several skills that are required and needed to fulfill this role and position of work. I have acquired many of these skills from hands on experience working as a nursery practitioner, and taking on this role in my free time. I would love to help encourage children to grown and develop, as well as empowering them to reach their full potential. I am a determined ambitious and courageous individual who is punctual reliable and puts a lot of thought, time and effort into my work. I work well under pressure, can adapt to change but most of all enjoys helping others. Children are curious and look up to us for inspiration. I would love to be a perfect role model and share my qualities and skills, to positively influence children overcome barriers and help them reach their goals!
